The Wolrld is raving about rising energy and fuel costs. And why shouldn’t we? Costs are skyrocketing. So many families are being harrassed from both ends. Even if you’re not affected by the recent changes, wouldn’t it be nice to stick it to the electricity company?
You may do that very thing if you figure out how to make solar panels for yourself. Another item you can learn to make instead of buying is a windmill… and simple models can be manufactured yourself for less than two hundred dollars believe it or not. I know in my home with a family we use more energy in a month that that anyway. Most people using the plans from home made power plant are saving 80% per month! In the case where you create a surplus, the fuel company acutally pays you for the extra you put back into the system. That just makes me happy for some reason.
Who knows what D.C. is going to do about the energy and money problems. We all need to strongly reflect on what we can do ourselves and learning how to make solar panels isn’t that taxing a task. We need to stop thinking about how our government is going to save us and we should make our own way as much as possible.
Someday, if things get ugly enough, what happens if you lose power for days? Spoiled food, too hot, too cold… all kinds of problems could happen to you. But if you have even the most simple level of energy you create for no cost from nature, you could at least keep your food stores safe from harm and enjoy your most simple electronic products.
